I have never liked it, I have never enjoyed the process and I was never in the kitchen when I was young as my brother and mum were the experts. Even now, my wonderful brother is a Head Chef at some of Sydney's best fine dining restaurants and my mum is the best cook I know! I never expressed any interest in it or never viewed cooking as important.....until I got sick and had no choice!

I have since formed a healthy relationship with food and cooking, I have changed my mindset of food and cooking, overcome my limiting beliefs and I have come up with ways to make sure I am nourished with healing, energizing foods, all while spending absolute minimum time in the kitchen!
