Designing an Irresistible Workplace
Brian and Jen are delighted to offer this special culture workshop as part of Design Week Portland. You will learn how to create a values-based culture, develop a timeline for investing in organizational culture, and ultimately create a healthy and high-performing team. Authentic Life Workshops
Jen will be leading two workshops in April through Clark College's Economic & Community Development Program. "Discovering Your Authentic Self" and "Building an Authentic Life" are two courses that help you design a life built around authenticity, values and intention! It's an exciting opportunity to take our values-based approach to self-examination out to individuals. Touching and changing people's lives is our passion and these courses are an additional way we are giving back to the community. Join us for one of the interactive and enriching workshops. PEAK Values® Cards
New Packaging!
Our PEAK Values Cards have been used to help thousands of people discover and share their Core Values. Now these same cards have a new look on the outside with great new vibrant packaging! You can find our cards online on our website.

We're also super excited to announce that we are selling at retail locations. Our first retail spot is at Rusty Glamour at 4th and Main in Battle Ground, Washington. Bringing the tools for building an intentional life built to a broader audience is extremely rewarding.

PEAK Fleet Member Spotlight: Jennifer Greenberg
Brian and Jen are delighted to have Jennifer Greenberg join The PEAK Fleet as a consultant. Jennifer started working with teams in her twenties leading wilderness expeditions, setting the stage for a career focused on organizing teams toward a common purpose. With a foundation in education, Jennifer worked extensively in non-profit development, program management, and event production before working in clinical trial/rare disease drug development. A lifelong learner, Jennifer will receive her MBA this spring, adding business strategy and finance to her wheelhouse.

Jennifer found strong alignment with her sense of purpose in meeting The PEAK Fleet last spring. We share a common focus on values as well. “I have always felt that it is critical to pay attention to my values. Two of my core values are integrity and achievement. When I have the opportunity to throw myself into something hard and new I feel true to these” says Greenberg. We're excited about the challenges we are tackling together!
