Apply by March 22nd for LEED Grant Program for Local Governments!
USGBC and the Bank of America Charitable Foundation are offering the LEED for Cities and Communities Grant Program to support a cohort of local governments pursuing LEED for Cities and Communities certification.

The program offers training on the LEED system, peer learning opportunities, support completing certification, marketing support to announce and celebrate community certification, and more with award packages valued at approximately $25,000!

Eligibility requirements: must be a United States based local government with leadership support to actively participate and with the ability to commit one government official (elected preferred) and one staff member to an orientation workshop. Grant selection criteria include demonstrated need, leadership support, commitment to data-driven decision making, staff capacity, and coordination with other local initiatives.
