The Second Sunday in Lent

Called to Reform

God calls us to reform our ways by his Word given through people. What if we ignore that call? God says to examine ourselves, repent of our failures, and ask for his forgiveness. Yet we never do any of those three perfectly. Thankfully, we are rescued only by God’s constant grace in Christ. Christ did not reject his Father’s will for you. He died for you in your place. In Christ, God will reform you.

Listen to God's Word that corrects and reforms us:
Jeremiah 26:8-15
Philippians 3:17-4:1
Luke 13:31-35

"I rejoiced with those who said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the LORD.'" (Psalm 122:1) God-willing, I will see you and worship with you this coming Wednesday, Sunday, or Monday.

Midweek Lenten Vespers & Soup/Sandwich Potluck
Each Wednesday night at 7:00 pm we will have a special evening worship service (vespers) from March 13 to April 10 focusing on three word statements of truth. There will also be a soup & sandwich potluck supper starting at 5:45 pm. Hope to see you there!

Bible Study: Revelation

The book of Revelation is a vision of what is yet to come for all of us. Since it is a vision, much has been written about what the vision could mean. Letting the Bible interpret itself, we are diving into the last book of the Bible at our adult Bible study on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am. All are welcome and invited to attend.

You can download and share the study guide or pick up a paper copy at church.

In our current digital age, people are much more likely to look at our worship services and messages on-line before walking through our front door.

This is why every week we put videos of our entire worship services and sermons on Youtube. Praise be to God that people are watching them, many who are not even our members!
