How To Conduct a Blog Content Audit

In SEO, our first instinct is often to create more blog posts as if words were coal that you could shovel into your SEO furnace to get things moving faster. But what happens when you've done that — maybe for years and years — and you notice that the results aren't nearly as positive as they once were? It might be high time for you to embark upon a blog content audit.

UpBuild's Team Goes South for the Winter

It's safe to say that most of the UpBuild team was literally freezing in January (especially Michelle, up in Chicago), so we decided to get everyone to Orlando, Florida. As a remote company, we don't see each other in person all that often so when we do, it's a big deal.

This was our 8th "Team Day" (aka, company retreat) and it was evident just how much these events have evolved over the years. We have a lot more people now and it felt truly special to get that many likeminded people in the same room. I can still vividly remember our first team day where four of us rented out office space from a life coach in Portland's Pearl District for the day and did a SWOT analysis on the 10-year-old whiteboard.
