Happy Spring!

As winter ends and spring begins, remember to take some time for yourself! You are your greatest treasure.

60 Days of Self-Discovery

We are well into our 60-day challenge of self-discovery that will culminate on Awareness Day, April 1, 2019.

We launched the challenge on February 1, and so far, we’ve covered ways of experiencing, feeling, understanding, and more. The focus of week seven is ways of inspiration, with the following set of questions: What is my favorite quote, affirmation, or song? What do I feel when I read, hear, or sing it? Who did I inspire with a positive word or gesture this week? Did I have any quotable moments this week?

Catch our Founder Precious J. Stroud sharing her weekly reflections and an introduction to the following week’s focus at 1pm PST each Saturday via Facebook Live.

For more information and a more in-depth rundown of what’s happened so far, check out this blog post. We hope you’ll join us on the path to self-discovery!
