Postural Screening Procedure Parent Letter

Good evening,

Please follow this link for the Postural Screening Procedure Parent Letter from our two nurses, Mary Jenkinson, Sanborn (mjenkinson@concordps.org) and Meg Jensen, Peabody (mjensen@concordps.org).

6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will be screened April 1st through April 12. (These dates and others may be found here.)

Important note: The letter only needs to be returned if you are opting out your child or children in this screening.

If no form is returned, your child will be screened.

Questions can be sent to the your child's school nurse.
