Congratulations to Dr. Andrea Gruneir and team on her

CIHR Grant

In September 2018 we applied to the Canadian Institutes of Health Research's (CIHR) project grant competition. We are happy to announce that we have received funding for Dr. Gruneir's Trajectories grant (also known as Longitudinal Monitoring for Quality of Care at the End of Life in Nursing Homes). Building on previous end of life work, the goal of this grant is to develop a new set of quality measures that can be used by different groups (including residents and their families, nursing home administrators and staff, and decision makers) to understand the quality of care at the end of life provided in nursing homes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Welcome to our

New Staff

In March we hosted our first ever

Priority Setting Activity

On March 14th, we brought together our citizen advisory group VOICES and select TREC Decision Makers to participate in a one-day Priority Setting Activity in Edmonton. The purpose of this activity was for our stakeholders to come up with the Top 10 questions that they would like to see answered using our TMS Data. The Top 10 priorities will be unveiled at our Annual General Meeting in June.
