WE'VE BEEN BUSY!
WELCOME TO OUR FIRST NEWSLETTER IN QUITE A WHILE... IT IS TIME TO CATCH UP AND CELEBRATE.
WE ARE PROUD RECIPIENTS of Taranaki's environment award for Environmental Leadership In Business "Te taiao me te paakihi".

We were delighted to receive this award late last year from the Taranaki Regional Council, sponsored by the iwi of Taranaki. You can find out more here including a wee video the regional council made about GreenBridge.

Congratulations to all the other winners too - keep up the great work!
HEALTHY, SMALL FOOTPRINT HOME
We are providing the whole package for Lukas & Sallee: we designed their healthy home and delicious edible landscape, and we are currently building the home on site (see the picture above) and installing the landscape.

This is a healthy, small footprint home with non-toxic materials and a breathable wall system, featuring mezzanines and the awesome tree post!

We love designing & building healthy, small footprint homes, so contact us today for a free initial consultation.
LANDSCAPER JOE JOINS THE TEAM
GreenBridge has a new team member! A big welcome to Joe Denton, who has moved from Wellington to join us as a landscape installer. Joe is highly qualified in both horticulture and hard landscaping, and particularly enjoys building stuff. Joe has a cool truck, which we also welcome to the team ;)

Contact us if you have some landscape installation in mind.
OFF-SITE BUILD
Our client wanted a low cost, high performance home and we've delivered, literally. This 95 sqm home, with a timber frame and extra thick wool insulation, was built off-site and delivered to site. Once on site, the woodburner was installed, and the decks are now being added by our landscaper Joe.
Above: A wastewater design we did for a tricky site - it was small, with a stream running through it. The clients opted for a water-less composting toilet, with greywater going to mulch basins where bananas & taro will grow.
GOOD CAUSES
Here at GreenBridge, we like to support good causes. So we sponsor the Sustainable Backyard Trail, donate to Forest&Bird and Para Kore (a zero waste initiative on marae), and every year we apply our skills and enthusiasm to a worthy community project every year, at no cost. For the last few years, this worthy project has been working with the students, teachers, and community at Omata School to create an edible landscape.
Above: Kama, Bena, and Dan were delighted to have their hard work and innovative practices recognised with this award for Environmental Leadership In Business.
Above: Shelley & Dan envisage a relaxed, peaceful, private, sheltered oasis that is easy care and kid-friendly, with lots of natives and a couple of lambs. Here is a concept we created for their 1 acre..
GREENBRIDGE IS GROWING
We are looking for a draughtsperson/architectural designer.  If you are passionate about healthy, small footprint, beautiful homes, and you have at least five years experience in design, drafting, & consents, then we would love to hear from you.  Send your CV to enquiries@greenbridge.co.nz.
Above: This is one of two concepts we created for two young couples who are downsizing and sharing a lifestyle block…. to live the good life. They want to grow most of their own food, have a great lifestyle, and have a shared social space for good times.
Contact us today for a free, no obligation, one hour initial consultation to see how we can help you achieve your dream lifestyle. Healthy homes, edible gardens, landscape installation, lifestyle blocks, wastewater systems, and diversified farms - we've got it covered.
ON-FARM LIVELIHOODS
Our clients Alex & Tania are planning a unique venue and a catering/foodtruck business – aka Rhino – on the family farm.

All (or most) of the food for the business will be grown on the farm – seasonal, fresh, and sustainably produced – and the whole animal will be used nose-to-tail. Educating & delighting people will be a key part of the enterprise. Plus they’d like to have a long-term, low maintenance commercial crop of some sort. Above is 1 of 2 concept designs we created for them.

Contact us if you are interested in creating a diverse, sustainable farm.
