As we come to the end of March and awakening into spring, I personally always feel the moodiness into the air. It's as if nature was asleep and now it's giving birth...and my mama emotions are stirring! So through-out March and going into April I love to teach kids yoga sequences about moods! To helps kids identify, manage and express emotions.
One of the easiest ways I do this is by playing our Wee Yogis Connect song, My Boat and act out the emotions in the verses, while doing yoga poses! It's super sweet, try it!!!!

The Wee Yogis 95 Hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training is an incredibly fun, impactful, educational experience meant for teachers and anyone passionate to bring mindfulness and yoga to children. The training is 4 Modules that provides a solid foundation to teach toddlers through teens essential tools and practices to help gain a mind-body connection, release stress, gain self-confidence and express themselves. We will cover an array of topics including, but not limited to: Yoga poses, stories, music, games, breathing & mindfulness exercises, anatomy, subtle body, injuries, special needs, teens and more.
o Become a Yoga Alliance Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT)
o Become an official Wee Yogis' teacher for connections to teaching yoga and mindfulness at schools, festivals and other programs
o Included in the training is the Wee Yogis Professional Training Manual and the collection of all three Wee Yogis yoga music albums
Teacher Training: An incredibly fun, heart opening, and educational experience; the 95-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training gives the foundation and experience to teach toddlers, special needs children, and teens.
Classes: Designed to teach children the art of yoga through a progression of musical interactive play; each song is designed to teach a pose or sequence through melody, games, and fun.
Performances: With her friends Moo Cat, Downward Dog, and Wise Tree, Miss Smiles invites the audience to explore the world of yoga through song and interactive play.
