Moving FORWARD with Healthcare Transformation
The Iowa State Innovation Model (SIM) Learning Community event will be held on March 28 at the Ron Pearson Center in West Des Moines. The day will be an exciting and unique opportunity to hear from healthcare leaders and gain national perspectives.
Sessions for the day will include:
• FORWARD with Health Transformation in Iowa
• The Iowa State Innovation Model Community and Clinical Care Success
• Innovation Envisioning: Reflections of the Iowa Roundtable
• The Future is Bright, a motivational presentation
The SIM Learning Community will bring together healthcare professionals from across the care continuum to provide Iowa communities the tools and necessary depth of understanding needed to improve outcomes, increase patient safety and decrease the cost of care for all Iowans. This event will reflect on the SIM journey and offer the audience thoughts, direction, and vision as Iowa moves FORWARD with healthcare transformation.
Attendance is FREE and open to all interested stakeholders. On-site registration will also be available.
