March has certainly marched by and I trust this email finds you in great health and with a spring in your step.
It took me several weeks to get back on my feet after losing my dear mum in February. But things are getting back into some kind of normality, as they should, as our loved ones who passed on would want for us.
I am glad my clients were patient and waited for me. Thank you all for your patience, kind words and support.
And I am also excited to announce our next 30 day reboot challenge suitable for everyone needing a bit of a reboot into a healthy, active lifestyle. It starts next week, 1st April. We will be focusing on 6 steps to success: Mindset, Macronutrients, Micronutirents, Hydration, Meal Frequency & Portion Sizes and Exercise as six distinctive fundamental we should all have in check if our desire is to achieve a sustainable changes in lifestyle and it can all be achieved from the comfort of your home. As usual, education will be at the forefront of it. Because knowledge indeed is a power. More details are below.
