Spring brings longer days, first-harvest produce and the Persian New Year! We at Market Hall Foods celebrate Nowruz with traditional menu items every year, and are highlighting the Jujeh Kabab chicken skewers on our April buffet menu alongside a zesty citrus salad and farro.
Market Hall Caterers' buffet will include:
- Jujeh Kabab: Persian chicken skewers marinated with yogurt, lime, orange zest and saffron (vegetarian option available)
- Spring Salad: Citrus, avocado, romaine, kale, spinach & sunflower seeds with lemon vinaigrette
- Farro with asparagus & spring onions
- Dessert: Tropical Panna Cotta

Accompany our April Springtime Buffet with Mountain Valley Spring Water! Offered in glass bottles, which is a viable means to reduce single-use plastic waste, Mountain Valley Water is ethically-sourced from a spring in the Ouachita Mountains. It has also been rated "Best Tasting Water in the World" twice at Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting. Available still as well as sparkling in lime, plain and blackberry pomegranate.
