It has been a while since you've last heard from me. I've been working on some new plans and projects I want to share with you and a new style for Autre Choix. My new website will follow soon, but here you already get a first glimpse of my restyled logo. Hope you all like it and wish you a refreshing spring season!

Tapestry

design collaboration

I just love textiles, for many reasons they make me happy. I think it's wonderful how you can transform a room by applying textiles. So I'm very pleased with my newest tapestry design which I made in collaboration with Urban Cotton, for their Spring/Summer 2019 collection. It is titled 'Nuance'; the inspiration for this graphic design lies in the (imperfect) beauty of the hues of our skin that expresses diversity and individuality. The color pallet works great due of the possibilities of digital printing. I think the design fits in many different interiors, and the best thing about it: it's for sale!

Workshop moodboards

When you are in the old 'hofkwartier' of The Hague, please visit the special showroom of Anthus Decorations, with their finest and extravagant interior textiles. I am invited to give a creative workshop 'moodboard making' which can help you find focus and visualize your interior ideas. In 5 steps you will discover how to create balance, unity and individuality. Lately I'm giving several workshops on different occasions, but this is going to be a unique event with the possibility to work with the inspiring materials from the Anthus archives. There are a few places left next Tuesday, March 26th. If you prefer another day, please let me know.

Trend and style concepts

On a regular basis I provide companies like Hopman Kersten working in the interior design services, with trend updates. Although every update has an open-minded approach and aims mainly to inspire, the style concepts I compose are suited to their innovative hospitality contracts. With suggestions for services, products, colors and materials I help my client with refreshing insights that are directly applicable in their creative strategy being a front-runner. Autre Choix translates stories. It is 'the other choice' and is the name of my design studio where I develop trend and style concepts, interior objects and spatial presentations for various people, brands and businesses.
