Tomorrow, the Rhode Island House Committee on Health, Education and Welfare will be discussing the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (HB 5542) currently making its way through the legislative process.
We need supporters in Rhode Island to contact their legislators and attend the public hearing.
This will be a critical time for kratom supporters to tell their personal stories on why kratom should be legal.
If you live in Rhode Island, we hope you do everything you can to arrange your schedule to attend.
If you don't live in Rhode Island, but have friends, family, or fellow kratom consumers that you know in the state, please reach out to them TODAY to encourage them to attend.
This important legislation will make pure kratom legal, while banning adulterated kratom products.
Also, if you live in Rhode Island, will you take a few minutes and send an email to the legislators on that committee and share you support for making kratom legal?
