It features a large leaf and debris filter for quick and easy maintenance without sacrificing accuracy. Made from stainless steel, you can trust the Harvest Rain Gauge to monitor one of your most crucial weather parameters.
Meet The Team - Tech Support
"I was born in Leeds and am a proud Yorkshireman, but now call New Zealand my home. I arrived in the land of the long white cloud at the tender age of 13 and began my IT career in the financial services industry working as a programmer and making my way through to project management. I moved to the Wairarapa in the early 2000’s with my family as I think it's a great place to bring up children because of the access to outdoor recreation and exposure to healthy experiences you don’t get in big cities (dirt biking, hunting, sky diving etc).
I started at Harvest a couple of years ago and enjoy the complex nature of the technology and the fact we are actively involved in the agricultural sector. My hobbies mainly focus around my family but I enjoy watching local sports of all kinds, which allow me to reminisce about the former glories of my playing days." - Graham
Soil Moisture Shading
We recently added a new soil moisture shading option to our live data portal. This is an easy way to view soil moisture information and can be added to existing soil moisture graphs. The shading intervals are calculated using the soil moisture profile and are customized to each graph by our Technical Support Team.
Servicing
Common issues such as dead batteries, broken antennas and faulty temperature sensors can be identified and fixed with regular servicing before they become a problem. Take advantage of our network of service agents across the country by booking in a service. Visit the Service Agents page on the Harvest website for information on who is available in your area.
Golden Shears
It was a pleasure to once again donate the time and equipment for the scoring system at the Golden Shears, Masterton's very own global shearing and wool handling competition.

" [The Harvest system] has always been reliable and this is most important when it monitors the temperatures and switches the diesel pump on and off for the frost protection on our Kiwifruit Orchard. It also lets us know when the ground moisture is getting dry and we have to irrigate which has been marvelous at saving the irrigation costs..."

- Ian and Jeanette Thorpe, Fantail Orchard.
