Teams, each pairing a Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Reserves cook with a partner from Nova Scotia Community College’s (NSCC’s) Culinary Arts program, will arm themselves to prepare gourmet dishes in mobile kitchen trailers, as they take part in a black box competition.
