Youth Treats

Youth treats can be fun and easy to provide! We are looking for individuals, couples and families who will provide a snack once or twice a year for Youth Group on Sundays. Treats can be as simple or extravagant as you wish; homemade or store-bought both work great! Plan for 20 youth, and bring your snack to church on Sunday morning. We will make sure it gets devoured! Volunteer at the Welcome Center, or talk to Nancy Lenhart, our youth treat coordinator, for details.

Sermon Series in Luke
"Boundless Mercy" is seen in two very similar stories in the ministry of Jesus, recorded in Luke 13:10-17 and 14:1-6. Both of them describe healing miracles that were controversial because they happened on the Jewish Sabbath day. That old debate might seem odd to us, but it offers an important lesson today for how we receive - and share - the mercy of God.
