Well done to all who came
Judging from the number of 'Expo Guide' printed copies left over after the Ealing Business Expo, we had well over 350 attendees (including exhibitors) last Monday. And yes, there was a "buzz" in the room. Thank you for being there if you were, and for making the event a success.
Let me know what you thought of the event
Whether you attended or not, please leave me some feedback about your experience of the Ealing Business Expo – positive and/or negative. Fill in the eight questions via SurveyMonkey: EalingBizExpo feedback Would you like to see photos from Monday?
Have a look through our online photo album and see if you can spot yourself, or any of your colleagues. Or, if you didn't manage to attend, look through to get an idea of what the footfall was like. Photo credits to official photographer Maria Brosnan (she's based in West Ealing, here's her website if you need a photographer or graphic designer), plus other photos - some taken by myself, and some lifted from social media (thanks to everyone who posted!). - Wed 17 April (link goes to the Facebook event page) A few shout-outs
Special thanks not only to attendees, exhibitors and sponsors, but also to our speakers and panellists, who all showed up on time, well prepared, and full of knowledge and inspiration to share.
I would also like to thank the women who worked so hard on the welcome desk: Michelle Brooks of Show Patrol TV (save the date for her inaugural Windrush Day event on Saturday 22 June); Joanna Dudzinska of Ealing Walking, Talking and Exploring Tours (come join in her walk through Brentham Gardens this Saturday 23 March); and Anita Wong who hosted the Speed Networking Session 2, and is having her own Ealing Connect Speed Networking on Monday 1 April, book your place now); and to Sally Smith of Hounslow Chamber of Commerce for spreading the word to business people in the borough "next door" – if you're interested in networking in W4, head along to her Chiswick Briefing on Thursday 28 March.
And finally thanks to the staff at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Ealing for all the event support and for putting up with us taking up so much space in the hotel! No need to unsubscribe
