FAT DADDY BBQ – The fabulous fat one completes his spring migration at the Market this Sunday, with the big, black, old-school smoker in tow. Rib, links, chicken and brisket – “so good they don’t need sauce.” Plates (with potato salad or slaw) to eat at the bandstand, or racks to take home. Emergency BBQ sauce available, just in case.
RICHARD PEARLMAN CHOCOLATES – Richard says, “Yes, we will materialize yet again… savor our outstanding 70% French bittersweet chocolate. Used for all clusters and to coat most truffles, this is an intense chocolate that rewards your interest with floral and woody notes. It's what "enjoy!" means. Richard has used this since the '90's, along with, “a 60% bittersweet for ganache (or should it be "gan--ah!!--che?).”
