Lifestyle medicine involves the use of evidence-based lifestyle therapeutic approaches, such as diet, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management, amongst others. Some rehabilitation services already recognise the benefits of a Lifestyle Medicine approach, such as the use of gardening to support mental health and stroke rehabilitation.
