Recycled Materials Piggybank
Saturday, April 6th Children can come to library to make a piggy bank from recyclable materials. There will be information for parents to take home on teaching children about money and saving!

The Muellerleile's took a two week trip to Singapore for their daughter's wedding and traveled with their daughter and new son-in-law in his home country!
Paws and Tails Workshop
Saturday, April 20, 10am Support the Monticello Public Library & Animal Welfare Friends at this joint fundraiser! During the workshop you will bring your very own stuffed animal to life Registration is Required. There is a $10 fee per animal Adult Assistants will be required for young children.
AWF will have pets on hand as well.
Teen Karoke Event Grades 6-12 are invited to Sing their hearts out at a Karoke Event. Teens sing their best rendition of the songs on Disney's Sing It Wii game. Not a singer? We will have some seriously entertaining board games available or bring your handheld gaming devices.
Food and Beverages will be provided!

Art Quilts With Janell Peters
Tuesday, May 21 - 6:30 pm
Janell Peters will speak about the journey that led her to begin creating Art Quilts. She will provide a short demonstration on how she puts an Art Quilt together.
Several of Janell's Art Quilts are in display at the Library. Stop in and take of look at her work close up. They are amazing!
Monticello Reads
March in Pictures
Lunch Bunch Building during Spring Break. Ages 4+ were invited to bring a sack lunch and make a lego creation.
We transformed the meeting room meeting room into a Escape Room. Several teams were able to break out.
Teen Activities during Spring Break - Nacho Average Movie Night (top) - 6-12 graders were invited to an Interactive viewing of The Sorcerer's Stone. Teens were encouraged to come dressed as a Harry Potter Character and participate in fun antics during the movie. Teen Paracord Craft (Bottom) - Teen Advisory Board Member, Brandon Ellison, used his expert knowledge of Paracord crafting to lead us in making a Paracord bracelet.
