Do you get so focused on a task that your whole body twists and orients toward where your dominant hand is working? Do you also suffer from back pain? If so, experiment with orienting your gaze toward your non-dominant hand. See if that untwists you into a more comfortable position. If it works, I'd love you to report back to me! I'm just starting to explore this.

Yoga update: My Friday 1:30 class is now held at the S P A C E studio, downstairs at 6333 Odana Road (there's an elevator). Props are provided. No class April 12. Any other week, come check it out! We'll start and end early (1:15-2:15) on April 19.
