Westbank Campus

The mission of the International School of Louisiana is to provide a challenging education emphasizing language immersion, international awareness, the celebration of diversity and community responsibility.

All Around Science
Our students are currently engaged with our "ALL Around Science" theme.  Science is a very important skill for our students to master and learn at a very young age.  We use science everyday. Whenever we turn around we can see science in action.
Family Liaison Corner

Dear families,

Grandparents/Special friends day will be on April 10th. This will also be the day of our Art show. If your child doesn't have a grandparent who lives near by, no problem. Please feel free to send a close friend or relative in their place.

On April 12th we will be having our crazy socks day. Your child may pay $1.00 and have the opportunity to wear the socks of their choice.

We were excited to celebrate the improved attendance in two of our classes this week. Congratulations to S1A and S3A. We have seen positive changes in many of our students at the westbank campus.  It is important for students to be in their seats by 8:00am daily. Thank you to all the parents who have gone the extra mile to insure that your child is here on time and present daily.

Congratulations to S1B. They will celebrate with an ice-cream party today for winning the kindness award for having the most hearts for the month of February and value of responsibility. Thank you to everyone for showing kindness and thank you to all of the adults for your examples!

Enjoy the rest of your week!
