The big day is almost here and WE'RE SO EXCITED!!!! Physicians  and other Healthcare Providers will be there, along with delicious, HEALTHY post-run food, free massages from DuPage Medical Group, and there will be brief informational talks by some of our favorite docs and a special message from Mrs Illinois International!
Some important race day information:
- Race Day Registration IS permitted.
- 7:30 - 9:00 am - Shirt, bib, packet pickup
- 9:00 am - Race time!
- 10:00 - 11:30 am - Food, Speakers, Awards
- Running/Walking with Strollers is permitted - these participants will start after other walkers/runners have begun their races to help avoid accidents

Hobbiest or Pro Photographers Welcome!
We're looking for help capturing as much of Race Day (April 27) as possible. Are you a hobbiest photo taker? Or do you do it for a living??? We're looking for some help here. Could you please let us know you'll be there with camera or phone or camcorder and can help. Simply let us know on this brief form. Best if you could plan to be there (Grove 24 in Busse Woods, Elk Grove) at about 7:30 to get signed in and get instructions, and photos/video would be from roughly 8:30 to about 10:30 am on Saturday, April 27.

Family Physician and PBNM Board Member, Dr Ashwani Garg, who specializes in lifestyle to heal his patients, shared how we each have much more control over our health and well-being than most of us even know! While pretty much all of us grew up hearing "eat your veggies" from our moms, most of us do much less of that than is good for us. S everal PBNM Group Meetings have begun, and new ones are due to begin shortly. Click this MAP for an overview of current and coming soon PBNM Group Meetings.

The PBNM Schaumburg Group meets on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm at the Wellspring Church (Covenant Church of Schaumburg) located at 301 N Meacham Road, Schaumburg, and is led by health and fitness advocates, Marcy & Steve Pritzen. Here's a link to the map.
The PBNM Aurora (Hispanic) Group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm at the Rush Copley Heart Institute located at 2088 Ogden Avenue in Aurora, and is led by nurse practitioner, Esparanza Roman.
