The Fifth Sunday in Lent

Christ Is Our Cornerstone

Jesus is the cornerstone of the Holy Christian Church. Everything is built and set upon him and his works. Sadly, those who continue to cling tightly to their own works will be broken into pieces or have this “stone of Christ” fall on them and crush them. Let us instead look to the “new thing” of God, the deliverance won by our Savior Jesus, the cornerstone of our faith that the builders rejected.

Here is God's Word that shows how God makes us a part of his building:
Isaiah 43:16-21
Romans 11:11-21
Luke 20:9-19

"I rejoiced with those who said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the LORD.'" (Psalm 122:1) God-willing, I will see you and worship with you this coming Wednesday, Sunday, or Monday.

Midweek Lenten Vespers & Soup/Sandwich Potluck

Church Spring Cleaning

Bible Study: Revelation

The book of Revelation is a vision of what is yet to come for all of us. Since it is a vision, much has been written about what the vision could mean. Letting the Bible interpret itself, we are diving into the last book of the Bible at our adult Bible study on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am. All are welcome and invited to attend.

You can download and share the study guide or pick up a paper copy at church.

In our current digital age, people are much more likely to look at our worship services and messages on-line before walking through our front door.

This is why every week we put videos of our entire worship services and sermons on Youtube. Praise be to God that people are watching them, many who are not even our members!
