Not All Trash is Equal
When you throw things out at home, you separate recyclables, compost, and garbage so that the right waste goes to the right place. This is because not all waste is the same.
You wouldn't throw plastic into your compost bin because that's a place for food scraps. Recyclables are also separated because these products can be re-purposed and/or reused.
Your personal garbage probably doesn't pose any hazards, but in settings such as hospitals, laboratories and medical facilities there are different types of waste that do.
Nitrogenx is discussing with local councils to work with them and accreditation authorities to ensure there is no ambiguity.
This means that it's important to know how to identify, handle, and dispose of waste properly. ref: Not all Trash is equal :https://study.com/academy/
Please refer to your local bylaw on what it requires.
