City Net's Hope Fund donations, for the Courtyard Transitional Center, are used to support the housing needs of those that are transitioning from the Courtyard and into a long term housing opportunity.

Your donation will provide support to seeing that residents' transitions are met with success!

Donation Appreciation

This week, we are highlighting Eastside Christian Church. They have been long-time supporters and contributors to City Net's mission and the Courtyard Transitional Center. This past week, they donated a truckful of water bottles (literally) and meal kits (breakfast and lunch). These were much appreciated by the Courtyard residents. Thank you Eastside!

Employee Appreciation

Meet members of the City Net Courtyard Team: Pictured below are three out of six team members that make up the Courtyard team (from left to right: Muna, Machelle, and Cory). These three amazing women are members of the Courtyard Community Coordination team (not pictured is Rebecca). They work diligently to maintain the schedules, donations, and meals at the facility. We also have a case manager and part-time housing navigator on staff.
