The following report for this week includes the proposed FY20 budget, a monthly marketing report from Tourism, the weekly calendar and other updates and announcements. Have a splendid weekend.
The FY20 Proposed Budget is here! This budget has been developed with an emphasis on maintaining structural balance and ensuring the continued financial success of the city in consistent measure with the strategic plan. Check out our Budget Visualization Tool for a better idea of how your tax dollars affect the city. What's next? City Council will receive a budget overview at their work session on Thursday, April 4th. Then, there will be a public hearing on April 18th before City Council considers adopting the budget in early May.

The Main Street Water Line Replacement project is over 60% complete! The projected finish date is June 28th.
Confused as to why it seems like the workers complete a section and then backtrack? This is because the water line needs to be put in place first. Then, the crews have to go back to test it and connect the main line to the lateral lines. For more information, visit the project web page.
