Specialist retail, office, maker and light industrial agents

NEW INSTRUCTION
Department - Light Industrial
Client - Waltham Forest Council
Site - Lockwood Way
Location - London, E17

We are delighted to have been instructed on two industrial units in Lockwood Way. Each unit is approximately 8,000 sq ft and has with ancillary office and parking space.

Lockwood Way is right next to Blackhorse Road Station (0.6 miles), and a stone's throw from the beautiful Walthamstow Wetlands.

With super cool neighbours like Wild Card Brewery and the neon wonderland that is God's Own Junkyard, these units offer a fantastic opportunity for creative and maker operators to get into this vibrant area.

Waltham Forest is the first ever London Borough of Culture. This year will highlight the character and diversity of the borough, in a year-long celebration of the real cultures of London. A full programme of events is listed here

Check out the details of the units on our website here.

However, in recent years there has been a shift in thinking towards the ground floor commercial spaces in mixed-use schemes, with many developers realising that these long-neglected spaces provide vital place making and amenity opportunities which can give them an edge over competing schemes.

CFC IN THE NEWS
Edward Street Quarter, the former AMEX house site owned by mixed-use developer First Base in partnership with Patron Capital, has 39,000 sq ft of food, beverage, leisure and retail units available to lease as part of the 150,000 sq ft development in Brighton.

Craig Fisher, Director, CF Commercial, added: “Brighton is one of the most exciting destinations in the UK outside of London in terms of development. Edward Street Quarter is a great example of the type of project that will set the bar for others to follow.”
