Brenda Smith, formerly of this parish, infant teacher at Batt School for many years, died 4th February. There will be a Service of Thanksgiving Friday 12th April, 2pm at Holy Trinity. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Next in the 775 Sermon Series St Mary's welcomes Fr Stephen Tucker to preach on A Resurrection Church during the 10:45 service on Sunday 21st April, this will end his series of sermons throughout Holy Week. 
Following this St Mary's welcomes The Rt Rev'd Chris Lowson to preach on 'A Kingdom Church' during the 10:45 service on Sunday 5th May.
Intercessor Training
Training session for all current intercessors or anyone interested in finding out what is involved. Saturday 27th April, 10am-12noon.

Mercy and Kindness II - art & music
This is the second of 3 evenings exploring the benefice statement as we consider the call to mercy and kindness.

The Witney Festival of Food and Drink returns on Saturday 18th May. If you are able to volunteer please contact Claire.
We welcome the Witney Round Table back to St Mary's on Saturday 4th May for the 8th Beer Festival. More information here.

Doyennes are meeting for coffee at Witney Blanket Hall on the High Street, Wednesday 3rd April and Tuesday 7th May, 10.30am. The next evening meet up will be Tuesday 21st May at 7pm, for more details contact Linda.
The next acoustic room is on Thursday 18th April, 8pm at St Mary's. Local artists perform and there's a great bar. Do come along and support.
