Jeannie travels full time sharing her mother’s story, which speaks to the horrors and hate of the Holocaust – but it also brings a message of faith, love and the hope that good can triumph over evil. It proclaims the conviction that one by one, we can say no to hatred, persecution and prejudice.
Jeannie is a regular speaker for the Anti-Defamation League and a 2015 recipient of the ADL’s Civil Rights award. Jeannie is part of the Oregon & Washington Holocaust Speakers Bureau, and an honorary member of the North American Jewish Federation and has worked with the Polish Embassy in New York City in regards to Polish/Jewish relations. Jeannie resides in Washington State with her husband Gary. She’s a mother of three sons, a foster parent, a grandmother of three beautiful teenage grandchildren, and a surrogate mother to dozens more.
