We announced our Beginning Underwater Photography Seminar in the last newsletter. This month, we are thrilled to announce the addition of Underwater Naturalist Certification Course to our line up of courses and seminars. Our resident staff of experts are very exited about sharing their knowledge and unique perspectives.
All New - Underwater Naturalist Certification Course

You have discovered this whole new world underwater, and now when your non-diving friends and family ask you what you saw on your dive, you want to be able to respond with more than "lots of fish and marine animals..." If this sounds like you, then this course is just what you are looking for. Learn to identify common fish and marine invertebrates of California’s kelp forests, learn about marine ecology and marine biology, and become citizen scientists to contribute to the conservation efforts of our oceans.

You can sign up for the course, which consists of two classroom sessions and one openwater trip for field study, or sign up for each session separately. Call us today to sign up!

Upcoming Classroom Sessions:
April 14 (Sunday) - Marine Biology & Invertebrate ID Seminar
April 21 (Sunday) - Fish Identification Seminar

Northern California Camp/Dive/Eco Adventure
April 24 - 28, 2019
There is a hidden gem on the Northern California coast that is very special to the members of Ocean Safari Dive Team (OSDT). For years we have blissfully enjoyed the bounty of the sea and the serene beauty of the river. Sadly, we have noticed some heartbreaking changes in the past years. Now, we go on this adventure not just enjoy the scenery and remoteness, but also to learn from nature and give back.

This trip will be learning and service-oriented, and we are inviting you to join us for this very special experience. This will be a family-friendly event, welcoming divers and non-divers alike.
Call us if you are interested in joining this trip!
