2020 VISION FOR NAIN RETREAT Information & Details: NOV. 7th - 11th
Dear Friends of NAIN,
Hello Everyone! We are looking forward to meeting with all of you at Gard Jameson’s house in Boulder City, Nevada November 7-11th. Thank you each for your willingness to invest your time and energy in this joint undertaking.
This is an initial outline of our time together. A more detailed agenda will be coming out in the next couple of weeks.
Hotel:
You should get hotel reservations if you do not already have them. The two closest hotels (5 min by car) are Boulder Dam Hotel or the Quality Inn in Boulder city.
Transportation:
We are hoping to coordinate transportation between those who will have cars and those who will need rides. Please help us by responding to this transportation poll - (you do not have to have an account with Doodle to respond) It is important that this poll is filled out ASAP so that we can plan.

Airport: We trust that you will be able to find your way from the airport to your hotel via Uber or taxi or car rental. We are not arranging for airport pick ups. It is about a half hour drive from the airport.

Thursday:
Our gathering begins Thursday, November 7th with a social gathering at 7:00PM at the Boulder Dam Hotel. We will have cheese and other snacks available there. We are hoping you will bring beverages of your choice!
Friday:
The following morning we will be convening at Gard’s house at 8:30 for coffee. The meeting starts at 9:00. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will working together through the day, from 9-5. Friday evening after supper we will be participating in a Shabbat Service,
Saturday evening we will be going to the Interfaith Council of Southern Nevada at the Center for Spiritual Living for a potluck and an amazing program.
Sunday the NAIN AGM will be from 3:30 - 5:00. We will end with Dinner Sunday evening.
Monday is your travel day.
Payment
Each participant has been asked to contribute $75 towards the cost of food for the weekend. We are asking you to make this contribution through NAIN’s website www.nain.org. Just hit the YELLOW donate button and contribute in advance of the meeting.
