5th Annual Diversity Dinner

One of Finlandia University’s most loved events is officially on the books for 2019. The Diversity Dinner is set to be held Tuesday, April 23 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Finlandia Hall Café.

The event is free for Finlandia students and $10 for the public. Come taste food from around the world as FinnU students cook food from countries of their national origin.

Tickets will be available at the door. For more information or to get involved contact Director of Residence Life Leann Fogle at leann.fogle@finlandia.edu.

Finlandia Looks To Defend ACAA Championships

team The Finlandia University softball team has drawn the #2 seed for the American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) championship. The tournament will be May 4-5 at Alfred State in Alfred, New York.

This Week in Finlandia Athletics Slide This week Rebecca "Kiwi" Lilly of the women's hockey program joined host Rick Allen for This Week in Finlandia Athletics. Lilly discussed how she learn about and fell in love with Finlandia form New Zealand. Lilly also talked about next season and going to Romania to play in the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World Championships.

Finlandia Stays on Point For Split

Shawn Knutson OSH BB 19 Senior Shawn Knutson had four hits as the Finlandia University baseball team (4-20, 1-11 WIAC) split with UW-Stevens Point (13-11, 5-5 WIAC), Monday afternoon at Woodside Sports Complex. The Lions lost 22-7 and won the second game 9-7.

Finlandia is Dodging Mother Nature

Softball winter The Finlandia softball team needs a scorecard to keep track of Mother Nature. Once again she has decided to mess with the schedule.
