Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your participation in the monthly full moon Earth Treasure Vase global healing practice. Every full moon for thirty years we have been meeting in ceremony and meditation to focus our collective intentions on the healing of the Earth. By planting Earth Treasure Vases in partnership with activists and elders all around the planet, now a global mandala of over 50 locations is embracing Gaia with our love and caring. This global mandala is a huge support for the work of our times—to bring healing and protection to the Earth and all beings. We invite you to join us in harnessing this global mandala for a new era of engaged sacred activism. Each of us can be holy vessels in service to Gaia. As they say in Congo, Imoja Ninguvu! Together we are strong!

Korea Pilgrimage for a Peaceful World
By ETV Steward Albin Hagberg Medin
Albin Hagberg Medin on his Walk2Peace now continuing in Korea
It’s over a year ago now since I received the ETV from Cynthia for the continuation of the peace-walk. What a year! Becoming a vessel for healing has been the recurring theme and it has been far from easy. I’ve been through many dark corners and pushed to find a deeper sense of refuge and trust in the light of the Soul that is guiding my path.

Shortly after the vase came to me in Sweden, it became clear through dreams and intuitions that Korea was calling this particular ETV. I made the preparations to go there but another kind of pilgrimage was necessary to become a vessel of healing – to embrace both the darkness and the light within. I felt the strong presence of the American woman, Peace Pilgrim, and with her support, I felt I could do this.

This February I met David Roxendal, a Swedish filmmaker who participated in a ceremony I held with the ETV near my home outside Stockholm. David was very interested in the journey to Korea and after talking deeply, he decided to join me to film a documentary about the journey. We will begin the first week of September on the “Island of Peace” – Jeju Island – off the southern coast of South Korea. After that, we will travel to the mainland and make three long hikes along the Baekdu-Daegan pilgrimage trail. The Baekdu-Daegan ("dragon’s back”) is a mountain ridgeline that traverses the entire Korean peninsula and has a special place in Korean culture and folklore. It's thought of as the spine of the Korean people, and despite the separation between North and South, this ridge still connects the two Koreas as one.
This ancient pilgrimage route is ridden with temples, shrines and small villages where we will ask for blessings to the vase as we walk. After this, we will travel to the DMZ, the “de-militarized-zone” between the two Koreas, (a zone which despite the name, is heavily fortified on both sides). We will listen to the land to feel deeply where the ETV wants to be buried and when the time and place is clear, we will plant the vase in the soil of that land.

Recently we started a GoFundMe campaign for the journey to raise $3000 for our travels.  We are excited by how well it has been received in the first few days! We are so grateful for your support. Please help us keep this momentum going by contributing any amount to help bring us one step closer to the path of fulfilling our shared vision of peace and healing in the world. If you would like to learn more and be a part of this pilgrimage by supporting us, you can read more at: www.gofundme.com/walk2peace THANK YOU!!
