Prior to beginning the Warrior Sequence, explore moving energy around by a focused 1 - 2 minute standing shaking routine!
You can’t go wrong, just playfully move the energy up from your feet, to calf muscles, to knees, inner thighs, all the way up to cheeks and face!
Shaking, bobbling, flapping, wobbling - you name it and just keep it up until you feel warm and loosened up. There’s lots of new research and modalities popping up around the value of shaking for stress and trauma release. And it just feels good. Go ahead and try it!
