We've survived another year of NIRCA Nats and came out with a lot of All Americans and new club record holders! Your new record holders are:

I want to congratulate everyone who raced this weekend too. Everyone put so much work in this year, and it showed in all of your performances, even if you didn't PR or make the podium. Thank you all for making my last NIRCA Nats a memorable experience, and thanks to the Carey family for hosting all of us on Friday night for some team bonding.
The last race sign ups of the season close here at 11:59pm tonight! We will be back at Otterbein this Friday for their Twilight Invitational. Field events start at 2pm, and track starts at 4:30 pm

Tuesday: 2x400 w/ 400 jog after each + 2x300, 300 jog after each + 2x200 strides
Thursday: None
Sprints:
Tuesday: 100/200: 100, 200, 300, 200, 100 @ 80%
400: 200, 300, 400, 300, 200 @ 80%
Thursday: 6 x 150 fly

Superlative voting closes on Sunday the 21st here! The winners will be announced at the End of Year Banquet on Monday at 7pm in the Student-Alumni Council Room of the Union.
Basic information:
- Our club meets at 5:30 PM at the Ohio Union West Plaza Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for easy runs; 5:30 PM at the RPAC for Sprinter lifts; 5:30 PM at Jesse Owens Stadium on Tuesdays and Thursdays for workouts; and Sundays at 9 AM at the Ohio Union for long runs. Nothing is mandatory, everything is optional!
- We have a Facebook group (linked here), which along with this newsletter and our website is how we pass along information to all of the running club's members. To join this Facebook group simply search "Ohio State Running Club", or click the link above, and make sure you select the group, not the page. Once you request to join, one of our officers with approve you shortly.
