Updating prior degree information

The 368th Harvard Commencement will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Additional details about the Commencement ceremony and deadlines to request tickets are available on the GSAS Commencement website.

Students not attending the Commencement ceremony, and Continuing Master’s students, may pick up their diploma at the Registrar’s Office starting the day after commencement, Friday, May 31st, 2019 between the hours of 10:30am–4:00pm.

Students wishing to have the diploma mailed may submit the Diploma Mailing Request form to the Registrar's Office along with a bank check or Money Order. Diplomas are sent via FedEx and a signature is required at the time of delivery for all domestic shipments. The fee is $15 for the United States, $25 for Canada and Mexico, and $40 for mailing abroad. Learn more about graduation and diplomas.
