EMS EVOLUTION 2019 (June 17-19) is moving to Horseshoe Bay near Marble Falls. Everything will remain the same: same agenda, same registration, and same hotel rates.

La Torretta informed us earlier this week that they will be closing at the end of May. Fortunately, TEMSA was able to secure Horseshoe Bay. 

What happens to my hotel reservation at La Torretta?
If you haven't already heard from La Torretta, they will be cancelling your reservation and refund any fees that you may have paid.

What about Horseshoe Bay?
Hotel reservations are now available by visiting TEMSA's website - click here. Horseshoe Bay will end up being cheaper than La Torretta because Horseshoe Bay does not feature the same local sales tax.

While the online hotel reservation link may temporarily say that there is a $32 resort fee, there is no resort fee for TEMSA members. (Horseshoe Bay is working to remove this verbiage.) Also, we have several options for you: standard rooms and one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos.

Once our room block sells out, we probably won't be able to add additional rooms.

What if I can no longer make it?
If you already registered for the conference and can no longer make it due to the venue change, reply to this e-mail.

Should I wait until the last minute to register?
TEMSA's early registration discount rate will increase after May 13. If you register before the conference, you will receive important schedule updates.

What is on the agenda?
The agenda can be found on TEMSA's conference page. If there are any topics that you would like to see addressed, let us know by replying to this e-mail. We'll have agenda updates in the near future.

Will there be networking events?
Yes - the conference will feature a welcome reception on Monday night and a party for all attendees and their guests by the lake on Tuesday night. The resort contains a number of activities for guests and their guests.
