Learn to Advocate for Supports and Services for Your Loved One


Have you thought about meeting with your MP, MPP, or City Councillor but were unsure of how to prepare yourself for an effective and productive meeting?


Do you want to improve your government advocacy skills, so you will have the results you want?
Do you want to help strengthen the Developmental Services Sector by sharing your stories and concerns with elected representatives and on social media, so our funders know who we are and want to work with us to improve our sector?
Then this is a session for you!

Presenter:
James Janeiro, Director of Community Development and Policy for Community Living Toronto.

Prior to joining Community Living Toronto, James served Premier Kathleen Wynne as her social policy advisor for four years. He also advised two previous Ministers of Community and Social Services and has been active in politics for over 15 years.
