We are so delighted that over 51% of secondary schools across Ireland have signed up to this year's GROW2CEO campaign with GIY Ireland. The students have been busy carrying out their weekly challenges which include:
  • Growing their spinach seeds using their free grow kits that we sent out
  • Getting their business caps on and creating a fun food business idea
  • Developing a soup recipe using their very own spinach
  • Ceating a brand
We are so impressed with all the hard work so far and can't wait to see all of the delicious soup recipes. As mid term begins this weekend don't forget to bring your spinach plants home so that you can take care of them over the two weeks holidays :)

Happy Easter from Cully and Sully

Happy Easter from all of us here at Cully and Sully. We have come up with a fun way to celebrating by making a delicious chocolate soup recipe. Simply place half an Easter egg open side up in a bowl and fill with 2-3 scoops of ice cream. Drizzle with hot chocolate sauce and garnish with chocolate carrots.

If you're looking for a savoury option you can always have our delicious carrot and coriander soup with toasted spiced pumpkin seeds. Just mix 1/2 tsp of cumin, coriander and paprika with 1tbsp of olive oil and 1tsp salt. Add a handful of pumpkin seeds and roast on a baking tray for approx 10 mins at 180 degrees. Sprinkle on top of your carrot and coriander soup and enjoy :)
