The Youth Mental Health and Addictions Council (YMHAC) is looking for young artists (16 to 25) to share their perspective and experiences on mental health and addictions through their art.

The Canada Service Corps project has kept the mindyourmind team busy! 
The Halifax group had an event on March 31st to promote their book, Anchor, and 3 videos. The Squamish group is planning to launch the MIND Game and MIND eLearning tools at an event in May. Our third project, in Windsor, was a success. The group decided to create a mental health workbook and a self care quiz. More details will be revealed as we develop these tools.
