Properties listed across Perth is UP to 17,022 and remained stable for the week. The total number of listings are 3% HIGHER compared to the same time last year.
Total rental properties is 6015.This25% lower than the same time last year. The vacancy rate has returned to a normal 2.3% down from 6.3% same time last year.
