SPOTLIGHT -  NEW LOGO AND WEBSITE

We are pleased to present OACC’s new logo and website. These projects are made possible through the generosity of The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the California Arts Council.

This launch coincides with our expanding role as a leading APIA cultural arts center in the Bay Area. A symbol of beauty and grace, pure hearts and clear minds, the lotus is one of the most important flowers in Asian cultures.  Executive Director, Gloria Fangon-Hitz, states “We chose the lotus flower for our logo because it also signifies life and creation, peace and harmony, strength and resilience -- which are among the values that drive our work. At OACC, we believe in the power of cultural arts to open hearts and minds; to heal and connect. The gold and orange colors represent the passion, energy, and vibrancy of the APIA communities that are embodied in and whose voices are amplified through OACC programs.”

The new website provides a clean design and intuitive navigation menu and is fully responsive to mobile devices, making it easy to use on various web browsers and portable devices. We invite you to let us know how we might improve the visitor experience and what content you’d like to see on our website. Check out the new website here and please send your feedback to info@oacc.cc with the subject line: New Website Feedback.
