7. Another look into a rich person's apartment, hurrah! TBH: 🤷♀️I don't get this one, except for that ridiculous view. In better French housing news, rent control is back! I can't think of another reason why a 1BR in Paris is 50% (or less) the cost of a 1BR in San Francisco. I'm not a socialist but I sure don't mind some socialist-y things here and there, like libraries and health insurance and rental caps.
