Top Tip!

Challenge yourself and/or your team to see how quickly you can locate and make available your latest nCall database backup (nCall.fdb file).

In the unlikely event that your server fails, it's important that key members of your team can resolve the issue and have your answering service back up and running as quickly as possible. We (nSolve) can install the nCall Server on a new device very quickly, but you will need to make available your latest backup to recover all of your data.
