Affiliate Cup winner announced

More than 100 members participated in this year's BCF Affiliate Cup Open challenge -- Badger's version of the Open -- where four teams competed in various physical and mental feats, including team spirit, scavenger hunt, chili cook-off and "Why I CrossFit" social media shout-outs.

Congratulations to AMRAP Royale for winning this year's Affiliate Cup Open. The team racked up the top points. They will have their name displayed on the Affiliate Cup trophy and participate in a personal team barbecue at Badger. Date is to be determined.

Ranking for the other teams are as follows:

2nd: QuadSquad
3rd: I Thought This Was BigHead
4th: The A Team

Thank you to Dr. Mike Giammarco from Prime Time Performance Rehab, who offered pre-workout injury prevention and post-workout recovery movements for athletes.

Thank you to Allie Paul and Craig Daemmrich for taking this year's photos (which can be seen on the Badger facebook page) and to all participants for making this year one to remember. Until 2020!

Kids Club schedule change

We are offering supervised Kids Club child care during 5:30p classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Sign a Kids Club waiver here.

Then, we'll put a free Kids Club membership on your account so you can reserve your spot via Zen Planner.
Class time added to Sunday mornings

Back by popular demand, we will have a coach-led CrossFit group class, 8:30a on Sunday mornings. This will replace the Sunday morning open gym time.

Hero WODs will be scheduled within the regular programming for CrossFit classes to allow more members to participate in honoring the fallen.

Bootcamp 19.2 finishes strong

The year's second bootcamp was a success! After 6 weeks, participants of the 19.2 session lost a total of 35.2 pounds, 13.2 percent body fat, 5.3 percent body mass index and 36.75 inches!

Badger CrossFit's Bootcamp 19.3 will start Apr 15 with Head Coach Tina and Assistant Head Coach Joe. For six weeks, participants will not only work out, but learn the importance of healthy and clean eating. Coach Tina, a certified life coach, also gives participants an opportunity to work on any life issues that may be keeping them from progress. Stay tuned for dramatic results!

Members jump to DU success

Members nailed their first double-under during our Double-Under Clinic on Feb 12. The clinic kicked off the February Double-Under challenge, which members recorded their daily unbroken DUs and gauged their improvement.

Get tabs on your nutrition

On Feb 16, Coach Joe held a seminar to teach members how to best eat to reach their desired results. Participants also received a free In-Body scan ($35 value) to measure their body composition as a base point for improvement.

Miss the seminar? See it here or email Coach Joe for nutrition help.
