We've seen quite a little drop in the mortgage rates over the past few months. Even though they have ticked up this week, we are still down 0.8% since November. When you combine that with our spring rush that's in full swing, I fully expect to see some great numbers, as far as the amount of transactions, days on market, and the price sold to listed ratio, over the next couple of months.
