Cinema excursion – Astérix at the French Film Festival

The Saturday School students and their families met on Sunday 30th March at the Palace Cinema in Westgarth for a special screening of Astérix: The secret of the magic potion! The film was screened in French with English subtitles during the Alliance Française French Film Festival. FBA took the opportunity to gather the troups for a celebratory and pleasant moment outside of the school structure.

Astérix and the rest of the indomitable Gauls delighted children and adults alike! In a joyous atmosphere packed with laughter, it was a fantastic way to end Term 1 on a light note and a nice reward for students after all their hard work ☺.

Enjoy your Easter break and we’ll see you next term ready with new adventures!”

A big thank you to Anna & Olivia (events volunteers) for organising this outing!
